Five Behaviors: Personal Development

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team: Personal Development program, based on the book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni, helps individuals become better teammates. This program is for individual contributors. Through the use of activities, videos, and discussion, participants are led through the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team model, learning the behaviors that will enable them to become better teammates. Pre-work includes completing an assessment prior to class.  

Employees may use available educational assistance funds to pay for this program.
