Strategic Planning

Learn how to move from ideas to action in this workshop. Participants will gain a foundational base for implementing strategic planning in a unit. The premise is to start "where you’re at" as each unit will have different phases of strategic planning.

NOTE: Employees may use available educational assistance funds to pay for this program.
