Performance Excellence Webpage Updates

Effective May 2, 2018, MSU Human Resources (HR) launched updates to the Performance Excellence Program webpages on the HR website. Since the initial launch of the program in 2016, MSU HR has continued to make improvements to the process and available resources. The Performance Excellence program is an integral part of your personal and professional success at the university.

What this updates means for you as an employee:

• Employee and supervisor information has been divided up to make it easier for you to find information pertinent to you.
• Information on forms will detail which step of the process to use each form.
• There are more details on the tools available and when to use each in the process.
• There are more details on additional resources such as classes to compliment the program.
