University Announces New RVSM Policy

MSU updated the Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct Policy as a part of the new Title IX regulations issued by the Department of Education in May. Among many improvements, the new policy provides clearer definitions of prohibited conduct and streamlines investigations, including permitting parties to review all evidence directly related to the allegations prior to completion of a final investigation report.
