New Health Benefit Available: Livongo for Diabetes

MSU is implementing a new health benefit – Livongo for Diabetes. The Livongo for Diabetes Program makes living with diabetes easier by providing a connected meter, unlimited strips, and coaching.

Who is eligible?

All benefits-eligible employees, their spouse/OEI, and dependents are eligible to participate.

When is the program available?

Registration for Livongo is now open and eligible individuals may enroll at any time; enrollment is not restricted to the MSU Open Enrollment season. Visit the Livongo website to register. The registration code is: MSU.

Program Benefits

• More Than a Standard Meter: The Livongo connected meter provides real-time tips and uploads readings, making log books a thing of the past.
• Unlimited Strips at No Cost: Participants get as many strips and lancets as they need with no hidden costs or copays. When supplies are about to run out, Livongo ships more supplies, right to the participant.
• Coaching Anytime and Anywhere: Each participant can connect to a Livongo coach for one-on-one support by phone, email, text, or mobile app to help with questions about nutrition or lifestyle changes.
