New Features in the Equifax Dashboard

To make I-9 management easier, new features have been added to the Equifax dashboard. New features include:

• Missing I-9 Forms – there is a new tile on the dashboard that helps identify potential missing I-9s for employees. MSU HR is working with Equifax on data integrity and will notify specific departments if an employee is truly missing an I-9.  There is no action for the department to take at this time unless contacted by MSU HR. 
• “TWN Hire Date” Display – This is info from the HR/Payroll system. If this date does not match the I-9 Employment Date, this will trigger a problem with the I-9 form that will have to be checked manually.
• Terminations – If an employee is terminated in EBS, the system will terminate the I-9 form overnight. The I-9 can be found by checking the Terminated Employees box when searching .
• Location Code Changes – when an existing employee moves to another department, the I-9 form will move to the new location with the employee automatically.
