During support pack testing, you can toggle between Groups (currently in production) and Spaces and Pages (which we hope to roll out).

1. Select the icon in the upper right with “Profile of…” when you hover
2. Go to "Settings"
3. Go to "Spaces and Pages"
4. Check the box "Use Spaces"

1. Go to tab with the tile you want to put on My Home
2. Select the icon in the upper right with “Profile of…” when you hover
3. Select “Add tiles to My Home”
4. Click the tile you want to add, then click the “Add to My Home” button in the pop up
5. Select the icon in the upper right with “Profile of…” when you hover
6. Select “Exit Add Tiles Mode”
7. Repeat for other tiles

1. On the “My Home” tab
2. Select the icon in the upper right with “Profile of…” when you hover
3. Select “Edit My Home”
4. By default, tiles you have added are in a section called “Recently Added Apps”

1. Also by default there is a section titled “My Apps”, which can be renamed
2. You can use the “Add Section” button to create more sections and name them however you choose
3. Drag the tile into the section where you want them
   Keyboard: Use the spacebar to select the context-help and use the “Move”
4. You can also drag the sections around to reorder them (“Recently Added Apps” is always at the top, however, but will not show on your landing page if it has no tiles)
   Keyboard: Hold down the control key and use the right or left arrow key to reorder.
5. Select the icon in the upper right with “Profile of…” when you hover
6. Select “Exit Edit Mode”

While editing My Home, click the three dots in the lower right hand corner of the tile and select the size you want.

• Tile (1 x 1)
• Wide Tile (2 x 1)
• Flat Tile (½ x 1)
• Flat Wide Tile (½ x 2)
• Link (single line)

Note that changing the tile size may hide some or all of these elements: subtitle, icon, count, or notation at the bottom of the tile; and could trucate the title of the tile causing ellipses (...).

1. You can also remove items by clicking the “Remove” (“x” icon) in the upper right corner of the tile
   Keyboard: Select the tile and hit the Delete key on your keyboard
2. You can remove empty sections by click the “Delete Section” button at right.

3. In Settings, go to Spaces and Page
4. Uncheck or check the box “Show My Home” as appropriate
5. “Save”

If you had previously used My Home, or created your own custom groups, these are now available for you to import into your new My Home section of the EBS Portal.

Custom groups you had created will show as a section of My Home.

Just follow the prompts on screen to import your groups to My Home.

(If you had previously customized a standard group of tiles, those changes will not transfer over. Only custom groups you created and the former My Home group can be imported.)

1. At the left end of the toolbar, click the “Personalize Navigation Bar” (three horizontal lines icon)
2. In the “Pinned Spaces” section, drag the Sections into your preferred order (Note, “My Home” will always be first if you use it)
   Keyboard: Hold down the control key and use the up and down arrow keys to move the spaces
3. You can also unpin any
   Keyboard: Navigate to the space you want to pin or unpin, switch to browse mode, use the control and down arrow to select the pin button, switch back to forms mode, then use the space bar to toggle the pin on or off
