  2. Choose Report Month report month
  3. Select Report Type  
  4. Click Submit

After completion or review of variations click the house to return home, log out if finished or use the search to find another application.


  • If Report Type Summary is selected, additional information including accruals, adjustments, time taken and ending balance, is available by double clicking on a single row (employee) within the report results.
  • FMLA Report must be run for a single employee. The opening screen of the report shows information about FMLA requests. Double-clicking a row shows additional information about that request. The Applicable Rules tab shows summary information, including the time remaining. The Absences tab shows absences that have been entered. A check in the FMLA column indicates that absence is linked to the selected FMLA request.
