Attendance/Absence Name Employee Type Description
2010 Regular Additional Over40 FAS For full-time FAS employees - enter hours worked in addition to their scheduled hours.
2011 Regular Add'l Up to 40 FAS For less than full-time FAS employees - enter hours worked in addition to their scheduled hours up to 40 hours a week. 
2700 Overtime Cost Distribution FAS Use to re-allocate overtime premium: Enter new accounting line, attendance code and a "1" on the day(s) that overtime premium should be reallocated. The '1' serves as an indicator. If unsure what day the employee will be over 40 hours and cross into overtime compensation, enter the indicator for the whole period (week). 
2798 Compensatory Time Earned Up to 40 FAS Enter hours to be compensated at straight time for additional hours worked up to 40 per week. Absences should not be included in determining 40 hours.
2799 Compensatory Time Earned FAS Enter hours to be compensated (system will determine straight versus time and 1/2 rate based on FLSA status) for additional hours worked over 40 per week. Absences should not be included in determining 40 hours.
2980 Compensatory Time Taken FAS Enter hours of comp time used for absences from scheduled hours (will reduce the balance of comp time quota).
2985 Paid Absence FAS Enter hours of paid time leave for absences from scheduled hours.
2990 Excused Unpaid   FAS Enter hours, required to adjust pay for unpaid time.
