Succession Planning Report - HRP1102

Business Purpose

The Succession Planning Report - HRP1102 provides a summary chart view of the numbers and percentages of when employees are eligible to retire when looking at an organization or department view to assist with succession and workforce planning. The report also provides a detailed listing of all employees in the chosen organization or department, sorted by those already eligible to retire up to those who have five or more years before being eligible to retire. By using the output of the Retirement Trend Analysis Report - HRP1093 for those who actually retired from the chosen organization or department, an analysis of succession and workforce projections can be made regarding when groups of employees may retire, and when efforts will need to be made to hire replacements.
 
This report does not include Temporary, On-Call, Graduate Assistants, Student employees or Benefit ineligible employees. To be benefit eligible, an individual must be appointed for at least 9 months at 50% time or higher, see Benefits Overview for more information.
