The Faculty Terminations and Retirements report provides a list of all Faculty and Academic staff across the university who have terminated or retired during the date range selected, and who have no other active or inactive appointments.
Two reports are created.
- Faculty Terminations and Retirements - is sorted by organization, department, last name and contains Termination/Retirement Date, Reason, Email address, and Funding Organization.
- Name Sort – this is the same as the Faculty Terminations and Retirements report except it is sorted by last name, first name, employee group name, and employee subgroup name. Report output does not include the Funding Organization.
TIP: Select the Run As button (top left corner) and select Excel. The reports will be in separate tabs within the spreadsheet.

Report columns:
