Temporary Pay Adjustment - Support Staff
A Temporary Pay Adjustment is used to compensate employees who have taken on additional responsibility for a limited period of time. It can also be a useful tool to combat external competition for an employee who is critical to project completion.
An adjustment is submitted using the Pay Rate Change function in the EBS portal. Check the applicable union contract for any special provisions.
