Staff Development Programs & Organizational Consulting

Organization & Employee Development (OED), a functional area of Human Resources, offers a wide range of learning opportunities to help support staff meet their professional development goals. They provide HRD instructor-led classes, certificate programs, mentoring, leadership development and custom departmental programs, in addition to administering the Educational Assistance and Course Fee Courtesy programs. A number of options are available to assist in improving organizational effectiveness, including departmental assessments, conflict resolution, team building, management coaching, strategic planning, change management and more. Faculty/Academic Staff Development Programs

The Office of Faculty and Organizational Development (F&OD) supports MSU faculty, academic staff and administrators in their ongoing quest for excellence in teaching, research, outreach, and leadership. To accomplish this goal, we offer a broad range of seminars and programs, services, and resources in two programmatic strands: faculty development and organizational/leadership development.
