Reminder Regarding June Health Plan Deductions

Effective July 1, 2010, deductions for all types of benefits will be taken on a same-month basis (e.g. July deductions will pay for July benefits).  In the past, health plan deductions were “advance” deductions (e.g. May deductions paid for June benefits.)  As a result of this change, there will be no health plan deductions from paychecks in June.  This is because May deductions paid for June health plan benefits and starting in July, deductions will be taken on a same-month basis.  Non-health plan related deductions will not be affected.
