Family Friendly
The Family Resource Center coordinates information and resources to assist faculty, staff and students who are balancing education, employment and family responsibilities. They can assist in work-life issues, including child care and elder care referrals.
The Employee Assistance Program provides personal support and consultation to employees and their immediate families. EAP also provides training which enhances personal functioning, and encourages a campus that is sensitive to personal needs, resulting in employees integrated in their personal and working lives.
Our paid leave policies are generous and help employees as they try to balance work and family responsibilities.
The Dependent Care Spending Account allows you to provide child care.
