Beginning January 1, 2015, CONEXIS will administer MSU's Flexible Spending Account (FSAs). CONEXIS is one of the nation's oldest and most trusted benefit administrators with a reputation for providing outstanding service. 2015 FSA enrollees will receive a CONEXIS Elite Visa Benefit Card.
CONEXIS offers customer support as well as easy-to-use online tools to help you make the most of your FSA. 2015 participants can use the CONEXIS website to access interactive claims, online calculators and view account balances and reimbursement histories. Visit www.conexis.com/myfsa.
Important information for 2014 FSA participants
If you are a current 2014 FSA participant, you will work with Meritain Health on all 2014 claims. After December 31, 2014, your "Benny" Debit Card from Meritain Health will no longer work. Please note you may continue to use remaining 2014 funds through March 15, 2015. In order to be reimbused, you will need to pay for eligible items or services first and then submit receipts along with a Meritain reimbursement request form. The deadline to submit reimbursements for your 2014 funds to Meritain is April 30, 2015.
