Excuses or return to work evaluation for H1N1
Please do not send employees to Olin Student Health Center or to Occupational health for the sole purpose of return to work release or for excuse verification related to missed work, if they have been out with influenza like symptoms.
We must use our resources taking care of sick people and doing vaccination, and in most cases, such return to work verification is not particularly helpful.
If you require verification related to H1N1, employees should be directed to their own personal health care provider, as this illness is not an occupational issue.
