This Staff Handbook contains employment policies specifically related to employment in the Continuing Appointment System ("the CA System") of the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory ("Laboratory"). This Handbook does not replace or modify other existing University policies, which remain in effect for all University employees. In circumstances when this Handbook is silent on an issue, the Laboratory adheres to the corresponding policy contained in the Faculty Handbook.
