Delta Dental Plan of MichiganDelta Dental Plan covers 50% of the usual, customary and reasonable charges for most dental services. Orthodontic coverage is limited to those under 19 years of age and is subject to an individual lifetime maximum of $600. Other covered services are subject to a $600 individual calendar year maximum.

Aetna DMOAetna Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO®) Plan utilizes primary care dentists to lower the cost - it is a managed care dental plan. Members select a primary care dentist (PCD) from the provider network and visit their PCD as needed for treatment and care. There are fixed copays for services and there is no annual or lifetime benefit maximum or an annual or lifetime deductible.
