WORD Form FAQ


Do I need MS Word to use the Word Form?

Yes.  Your MS Word application will launch when you click on the link to the Word version of a page of the form.

Can I save form data in the Word form?

Yes.  Completed pages may be stored in your own directory and can be retrieved and edited in future sessions.

Can I cut and paste to the Word form from another application?

Yes.  Text from other word processing applications can be cut and pasted into the Word version of Form D page documents, but text from Word documents works best.

Is my response limited to the size of the page?

No.  Text fields are unlimited and will expand to hold responses larger than the space allotted.  Table fields are limited by column width only.

Can I attach additional pages to the Word form?

It is not necessary to attach additional response pages.  Responses larger than the page length will force additional pages that will paginate automatically.
