Information about the Additional Payments form
Use the Additional Payments Form to report additional types of payments such as overload payments and academic project pay.

- The Academic Project Pay earnings type may be used for faculty and academic staff who are appointed less than full-time and who perform duties beyond those regularly assigned, for which additional payment is appropriate. The additional duties may be performed in the appointing unit or for another unit on campus. Academic Project Pay is to be used only in cases where the additional duties are of an irregular nature, i.e., temporary and variable, such that it is not possible to adjust the regular appointment to reflect the additional assignment.
