Temporary Pay Adjustment

A Temporary Pay Adjustment is used to compensate employees who have taken on additional responsibility for a limited period of time.  It can also be a useful tool to combat external competition for an employee who is critical to project completion. 

An adjustment is submitted on the Personnel Action Notice (PAN) form.  Check the applicable union contract for any special provisions.
