Objective
This certificate series addresses key elements of service excellence. Participants will: learn what outstanding customer service looks like in their organization, explore ways to identify customers' needs, find out how to listen effectively to the customer, explore ways to deal with difficult customers, and learn how to recover from challenging customer service situations.
