Online Enrollment is available to students that are Domestic Undergraduate, Domestic Graduate, and Detroit College of Law. Students may also enroll a spouse and/or dependents. Students can enroll online at Chickering's Website.

The premium for spouses and eligible dependents of Graduate Assistants are partially funded by Michigan State University. For the 2007/2008 academic year, MSU will contribute $1,300 (annually) towards the cost of a spouse or child and $1,600 (annually) towards the cost of a spouse and/or multiple dependents. Enrollment Deadlines
Enrollment applications must be received by The Chickering Group or the MSU Human Resources Benefits Office no later than the dates indicated below:

Enrollment after the deadlines specified above is allowed only for the loss of other health insurance coverage, marriage or the birth of a child. You must contact the MSU Human Resources Benefits Office within 31 days of losing other coverage, marriage, or birth of a child.
Referrals from Olin Health Center
Referrals from Olin must be renewed each policy year (beginning August 15th) for continuing treatment to be covered.
A separate referral is required for each diagnosed condition.
