HCSA Debit Card

HCSA Debit Card makes your Health Care Spending Account easier to use. The HCSA Debit Card is a special MasterCard® that draws on the value of your annual FSA election amount. Each time you incur a qualified health care expense at a health care provider or pharmacy that accepts MasterCard®, you simply use your HCSA Debit Card. The amount of your qualified purchases will be deducted from your Health Care Spending Account automatically. It is very important to save your pharmacy or provider receipts as you may receive an audit request for documentation.

The HCSA Debit Card is for health care expenses only. You cannot use the Card at non-health related MasterCard® locations such as restaurants, gas stations, and bookstores.

Using the HCSA Debit Card is simple because...

  • It's automatic - the funds are immediately deducted from your Health Care Spending Account at the time you incur the expense.
  • It's fast & easy - simply swipe, press "Credit" and save your receipts.
  • It improves your cash flow - it is not necessary to pay cash at the time of purchase.
  • It's easy to track - your current balance is available around the clock through eHR; Click on Flexible Spending Account Status.

The HCSA Debit Card helps with qualifying Health Care Spending Account expenses such as:

  • Prescription co-pays.
  • Doctor and emergency room co-pays.
  • For non-covered dental and vision care costs - you may use the Card but you must also submit the receipts along with the HCSA Debit Card Substantiation form.

There is no added cost to you to use the card. You may order additional cards from Weyco, Inc. at no cost to you.
